Who We Are and What We Believe
 
Often we can belong to a local church for years and never truly understand the pastor's heart, their vision, or even what they truly believe.
 
Many times, we are hurt by misunderstandings or assumptions about "the way things are." We assume everyone believes the way we do. We judge by our intentions, while we judge others by their actions.
 
The Pastor's heart, their understanding of Scripture, their vision, and the Call on their life are what releases the Spirit of God to move through their ministry and on to the Church. But, many times we will blindly follow men without discerning what the Spirit of Truth is telling us.
 
God's Word tells us that "My people perish for lack of vision" and that "they die for lack of knowledge." 
 
It is your responsibility to understand God's Word and His will for your life, and to pray for those in authority over you. 
 
I believe it is my responsibility to help you be able to do this.  This Book will help you to understand “Who We Are and What We Believe”.
